CAT Customer Value Agreement (CVA)
If you own Cat equipment, you won't have to worry about maintaining it or keeping it in good shape. With a one-of-a-kind maintenance package, Cat introduces Cat Customer Value Agreements (CVA) in India for the first time. All routine maintenance is covered, all parts are delivered directly to your site, expert service provided every 500 hours, extended warranty on hydraulics and powertrain, and many more benefits are provided. All the costs are rolled into monthly instalments at 0% interest and there are no upfront fees involved with the Cat CVA. There are several CVA options available to you.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
The company offers annual maintenance contracts consisting of specified visits per year. In consultation with our customer, our Customer Service Engineer (CSE) regularly inspects and records the uptime and maintenance parameters of the equipment. Following the study, the CSE provides recommendations on how to maintain the system as well as inventory requirements to ensure reliable operation.
Preventive Maintenance Contracts (PMCs)
If you don't want to worry about maintenance or stocking consumables, pick up a preventive maintenance contract. As part of the contract, our Customer Support Engineers carry out maintenance at regular intervals, bringing along the necessary fluids and filters. The Preventive Maintenance Contract includes the disassembly of used filters, checking of drain plugs, and regularly sampling of oil, which are very important in the Condition Monitoring process.
Technical Audits (TA1 & TA2) - Onsite Repair
Machines and generator sets are entirely inspected as part of our comprehensive inspection process. Our Customer Support Engineers utilize Cat diagnostic tools to audit the equipment.
The process includes:
1) System-wise audit of the equipment 2) Identifying issues that could result in major repair, and rectifying them 3) Scheduling repairs and controlling expensive downtime 4) Knowing the current condition and the estimated costs for repair and overhaul over the next year helps customers plan their maintenance and repair efforts.
Custom Hydraulic Service (CHS)
Our Custom Hydraulic Service facilitates the enhanced service life of hydraulic components in your equipment. The service includes:
1) Review of hydraulic system performance, such as cycle time, drift, and flow rates 2) Particle count for metallic as well as non-metallic particles 3) Use of Kidney Loop filtration system to prevent contamination of oil
Custom Track Service (CTS)
The Under Carriage Track Service allows for effective management of these components. During this program, our CSE conducts onsite inspections at regular intervals, and we measure the wear on the track bushings, links, rollers, idlers, and grousers. Underfoot conditions and application determine the frequency of CTS inspections, which are carried out in accordance with the schedule. Customers will have the opportunity to reclaim 100% of the worn components.
Maintenance and Repair Contracts (MARCs)
For the management of a large fleet of equipment, MARC provides the best solution. Customers can entrust maintenance and repair tasks to GMMCO, so that they can concentrate on their core functions. Maintenance and Spares, Lubricants, S.O.S., Repairs & Overhauls, and Maintenance Management Function are among the services MARC provides.
Total Maintenance & Repair (TM&R) Contracts
A Total Maintenance & Repair (TM&R) contract is customized for your needs. A fixed-cost maintenance and repair service is offered for a guaranteed period. Maintenance services include replacement of Spares, fluid and filter changes, oil sampling, repair for minor and major failures, and providing repair history records. Alternatively, generators and control panels can also be included as part of the package.
Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Agreements
Our Maintenance & Operation Contract (M&O) to our Genset customers helps to guarantee the power generation and, availability of parts and service, as well as lower operation & maintenance costs.
